At Pockets of Progress LLC, I treat your personal stories and your data with the same respect and confidentiality I’d want for my own.

1. Data Collection We only collect information you voluntarily provide. This typically includes your name and email address when you book a "Chat with Me" session or contact us directly via email.

2. How We Use Your Information Your information is used solely to:

• Schedule and confirm your coaching sessions.

• Send you reminders or follow-up resources.

• Respond to your direct inquiries. I will never sell, rent, or share your email address or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

• For clients who engage in 1-on-1 coaching, additional confidentiality terms regarding our private sessions are outlined in the Partnership Agreement.

3. Third-Party Services We use trusted third-party tools to help run this site (such as Google Workspace for email/calendar and Stripe for contributions). These services have their own privacy policies and security measures.

4. Data Security While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information.

5. Your Rights You have the right to ask what information we have on file for you or to request that we delete your data at any time. Simply email privacy@pockets.coach.
