I’ve been the one on the laundry room floor, wondering how a pile of clothes became a personal defeat. I didn’t need a lifestyle overhaul; I needed a way to stop drowning.
I spent years building a more balanced life. I chose to become a Certified Health and Wellness Coach because I want that for you, too—without the years of struggle it took me to get there.
